Terms and Conditions for Thready Influencer Program
 

Eligibility:

The influencer program is open to individuals explicitly invited by Thready.
Influencers must have an active and engaged social media presence.


Scheme Benefits:

Influencers must adhere to the specific requirements of the chosen scheme.
The 'Scheme 1' fixed pay of ₹5000 per month is subject to fulfillment of the post requirement.
Discounts and commissions are applicable as specified in each scheme.


Content Guidelines:

Influencers must create authentic and original content featuring Thready products.
Content should align with Thready’s brand values and must not contain any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material.


Disclosure:

Influencers are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Thready in all posts, as per FTC guidelines.


Prohibited Activities:

Influencers must not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or purchasing products using their own referral code.
Influencers must not spam their audience with excessive promotional content.


Termination:

Thready reserves the right to terminate an influencer’s participation in the program at any time without prior notice.
Violation of any terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the influencer’s participation and forfeiture of any pending commissions.


Legal Compliance:

Influencers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising and privacy laws.
Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in legal action.
By participating in the Thready Influencer Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of your participation and potential legal action.
